View of the kettle agitator drive and services input side. Note that all services including steam and condensate are run in sealed stainless-steel conduit. Automatic process valves actuators are stainless steel. Load cells are included in this installation.
FMA designed and manufactured Linear Chiller. The machines operates with 1°C water. Bagged food is loaded by conveyor at the right hand end of the machine and is moved along the water channel by a conveyor and air. When the food reaches the required temperature the bags are removed from the chiller with conveyor.

FMA Cook Quench Chill Line.
FMA designed and manufactured horizontal agitated 1000L kettles ( 2 units). They are designed to operate at 1000kPa steam pressure.
Automatic controls allow steam pressure to operate between 100kPa to 1000kPa.
Eurobin lifters were included and manufactured by FMA.
